This seems to be a bug in the 3.1 patch that hasn't been dealt with yet, seen this myself with and without nUI.
Edit: That is the talent tree issue, I have not clue about the other.

Totem timers to Trap Timers

Was wondering if the totem timers will be flexible enough to do trap timers as well?

Can't think of any other class that it would work for ATM but it would be great for hunters not just shammies. :p
