I did exactly what the OP suggested and Mazzle works perfect for me except the pop up box is still filled with whatever my 1 key is mapped too.

Yup, it was a Clique setting. Middle button on your mouse does DI to a friendly target in case anyone else comes across this issue.

Cooldown Timers

Just wondering what Cooldown Timers (one that puts numbers on the buttons instead of the normal wheel cooldown) will work with Discord Action Bars. Thanks for any and all help.

GroupButtons allows you to put heal buttons right next to your parties portraits which makes for a lot less clicking! It's in the Discord Section.
