The NPC Scan does work. Try looking at the area between Kalimdor and the Whirlpool. Its there its just REALLY small and out of placed. Hopefully NPC Scan will fix this soon. :)

i noticed that the NPC Overlay does work it just isn't located in the correct spot. i see it between Kalimdor and the Whirlpool. it isn't very large and i only saw it due to be zoomed out and mousing...
