[5.4.0 A1 R1] Quest Tracker Stops Updating
Quite often, the quest tracker stops updating or showing the correct quests. It does not show new quests, it does not clear old quests, and it does not update objectives.

[5.4.0 A1 R1] Quest Change Slowdown
Whenever I accept a quest, complete a quest, advance an objective by killing or looting, or any other changes to quests, there is a .5 to 1 sec freeze of the game. I've isolated it to Carbonite.

Missing Satellite Map Data
North Icecrown appears to not have the map data. As I move the map around, the map repeats other map squares that change as I move the map. So if it should look like:

4 5 6
It looks like:
