It's definitely not Sanity, that's for sure - Sanity does do the same thing, but the text for it is...

The Mazzify works fine for pre-mazzified characters, I only get these errors when I try...

Add-ons for WoW don't usually have issues with the OS their on, really (bar MAC), so you shouldn't have any problems at all.. had Vista since beta and it's worked fine for me the entire time.
