Sorry but maybe I wasn't clear, I do not get my groupnr on my portrait when i'm in a FULL 25 man RAID.
I'm not talking about the solo layout.
I do see it in 5 man/10mans and even with 24 people in...

Own group and countdown/debuffs on target
When I'm in a raid group (25 man) I cannot see my own group number when.
Only in raidgroups less than 25 man I can see my own portrait in the raid list with the proper group nr.
