Same problem, same zone. Dx11 and Win7 64. Using Sunnart Viewport, so it does seem to be related to Blizzard's implementation of viewport calls and not the addons themselves?

/cast [target=mouseover] Holy Light

should cast Holy Light on whatever party/raid window I'm hovering over? Instead it does nothing...

I would like to run a mouseover macro using Clique. Simplified from my final version, it would look like:

/cast [target=mouseover] Holy Light
/equip Libram of the Lightbringer
