It does have the option it probably just needs to be enabled when you go to the cartographer options look for the one called foglight.

I love mazzle but my problem with it is acctually the unitframes. I cant stand the frames being so small as a priest. Probably just because im to lazy, ive been working on trying to exchange discord...

I am not sure of all the ways to do it but I know Discord Unit Frames and MoveAnything! both allow you to hide things on your screen including the health and mana bars.
