Wouldn't that be seen in the casting bar as well? I am less likely to notice who is in the window at the bottom of the screen than I am to notice the name of the spell the target is...

OK that makes sense, I am 90% of the time solo. Is there any way in times when you are solo that the target's target would not show up. Or have an option for that?
