I had this error as well, and found out it was because I had a space in my username, I have posted the fix here: http://www.wowinterface.com/forums/showthread.php?p=127190#post127190

After reading this, I had a thought, what if the program can't interpret the space properly?

So I went to the install directory (for me it was C:\Program Files\MMOInterface\WoWInterface UI Manager)...
