Realui throttling WoW?
This is a pretty weird but severe bug. It seems to happen a bit randomly when it triggers but then stays until restart of game. I can disable and enable addon and the bug still stays. Full addon...

It's a common problem if you use a lot of addon...
It's a common problem if you use a lot of addon that inspect people. Just download http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/inspectfix and it will stop all addons from inspecting when the player is. Fixed all...
