Anyone know what is the addon that says when i get +energy it says when im fighting where i hit i thought i t might be scrolling combat text but its not, anyone know what it is?

Ace Install Issues
Well i have downloaded the Ace interface +addon file but i cannot install it because i do not have a Local Disk (C:) file anywhere even inside my 3 1/2 Floppy (A:) and even so i can't find my WoW...
