LOL. Well seebs might sound a bit harsh but I don't think that's his intention, and honestly he's right. The CC license generally promotes derivative work while retaining copyright. It got alot of use (and still does) with videobloggers and such. I create MyVideo, you create a response using bits of my vid, plus some of your own: no infringement, everyone happy.
