No this is not a bug it is working s intended Scott felt their was no need to (and I would say most of us agree) to repeat info that's already shown in your unit frame just to the left of the map. Your frame is not repeated in the raid frames ever wither you are leader or not.Hope that clarifies it for you there was some more reasoning behind this that scott has discussed but I am at a loss to remember what it was
