The reason I had to stop resizing the UI when you toggle is that it was throwing taint in combat if you opened the world map in combat (the two are connected -- showing the map and hiding the UI -- so until I can sort out a way around it, I just stopped resizing entirely... better to have the black bar than to throw taint in combat.
