Sorry was gone for a day so I couldnt get back to you. First off, you have to use the mod Clique in conjuction with Grid. Once installed, there will be a new tab on your spell book and once that new tab is open you just go to the spell and click using the mouse button you want to bind what to.
As far as the Power Word: Fortitude, I hopped on my priest and added to Auras since it wasnt listed then went into Frame, Upper Right(can be wherever you want) and clicked Fortitude. It worked fine on me. However, I just confirmed that yet again, It only works on whoever is in Group 1 Slot 1. In a party or raid it shows on noone else. I converted group to raid and switched myself with another player to group 1 slot 1 and my icon went off and his came on so its definaltly is messed up somehow. Again, once I disable the additon to nui for grid it works perfectly.
