It should be located in the button bag right next to the display of your toons bags. ie Top Right of the nUI Infopanel
I believe there was also a command to move it back to the Minimap and remove it from the buttonbag.

# /nui calendar
By default, nUI moves the guild calendar button from the minimap into the button bag. This option toggles that on and off allowing for leaving the guild calendar displayed on the minimap.
