Can't Remove unwanted buffs or morphs

I didn't see this posted if so please ignore but i have had this problem since the 4.0 patch. If my character is given a buff or is poly morphed i can not remove it by right clicking without getting this message below:

I tried everything else only disabling the UI seems to be the only option.

Also searching for info on the inspect bug seems that can not be done as well not sure it that was an nUI problem as well.
