It would seem that someone neglected to read the
Announcement at the top of every thread regarding how to gain access to nUI+.
I'm fairly certain that if the aforementioned person had read that post, they would have found out that there is a simple 4 step
FREE process for gaining access. There is no charge for access whatsoever nor is it ever implied. It is mentioned several times in that post that the addon is
FREE though. I can certainly understand how
FREE could be misinterpreted though and warrant a rant with huge font needlessly used......
