MultiCastActionBar is gone. Well, not gone; the objects still get created, but it isn't used for anything now, so it's safe to get rid of any code related to it in addons.
The actual TotemFrame appears just beneath the default PlayerFrame, and looks very similar to the RuneFrame for death knights. Not sure how they handle showing TotemFrame for ghouls (what does that show anyway?) and the RuneFrame at the same time, though.
