Looking pretty good. The cast bar feels "off" though... I'd try to reduce the number of different border textures you have, so I'd change the cast bar to look the same as the unit frames with the thinner border. Also, having chat text right up against the edge of the screen is a bit awkward. It'd be easier to read with a little breathing room.
