The original Carbonite developers and Rythal are in discussion about that very thing.
Meanwhile, you can install the latest Carbonite from
HERE, or
HERE, or even
HERE (it doesn't matter which version of Carbonite you patch, and this one is older), then go to
HERE to get the patch for it.
Please remember: Download the patch and simply unzip it to your "\Interface\AddOns\" folder and allow it to overwrite your current Carbonite files.
NOTE: If you are patching the current version from Curse.com, you will have to make sure the "Load Out Of Date AddOns" option is checked in your "AddOns" window on your character selection screen. This is because the Carbonite version currently hosted on Curse.com is still the Cataclysm version and the patch
ONLY updates the main Carbonite folder, so Carbonites other three modules are still out of date. Sorry.
