I could be mistaken, but I think there's one, maybe two, addons you aren't using.

On a serious note... my advice to you is to start simple.
Disable everything except the core nUI addon... all other addons, all nUI plugins and skins. Log in an test the judgments. Are the working correctly? If they are, then we know there's a conflict with another mod, it not, then we need to try and figure out what's up with your copy of nUI.
