Generic HOTs are easy as the feedback bar is tied to the WoW feedback system so it receives notices when there's an incoming heal or incoming damage. The feedback bar will give you a red indicator on a hit and a green indicator on a heal. They won't have timers on them, but you'll see them receiving a heal.
Likewise, the curse/magic/poison/charm/disease indicators will give you the heads up on the DOTs and you can option to show them all or only the ones you can remove (show all to know they need heal, only what you can remove for cleansing only)
Agro is handled the same way it is now in nUI with a border around the unit.
