ok i see that on the main bar / action page 1 (the one that can scroll) there is one line that doesnt repeat spells on the other bar positions (other action bar pages) but when i click that scroll up or down it then goes to each of the other pages. btw im a hunter. im sorry for the confusion but i never use the scroll part and it threw me off.
