I believe that is a WoW error and related to the Paper Doll frame bug that forced me to remove the talent inspection function from nUI for the time being. If you have *any* mod installed that attempts to inspect other players, odds are you'll have this problem (Talented, GearScrore, TipTac, a bunch of mods fall under that heading)
