If I change a talent that causes the spell book to change. This event doesn't fire. And its suppose to fire just for this sort of thing. Is there an event more reliable that will fire when the spell book changes?

What's weird is UNIT_AURA gets fired when you make a change in the talents. Even though no aura gets shown.

Found the issue, if you register this event with a registerunitevent, it doesn't work.
