You can use the addons Wholly and Grail for this. Together, they keep track of the chests you have already found and will show you on the map what ones you still need to get. They also know about the weeklies.
I forgot to mention that if you also use the addon TomTom you can get waypoints for the chest locations as well. In fact, using Wholly you can cause all the waypoints for the chests to be sent to TomTom and then you can just go from chest location to chest location until they are done (assuming you find them there when you arrive :-) ).
