Holy cow! I wish that was my computers spec's.

Alas there is nothing you can do to stop your problem from happening. Best advice I could give is to try to drop combat as soon as you can. Blizzard are getting tighter with their restrictions.

I noticed your CPU and Motherboard are running a little hot, while it's not a problem now and it won't adversely effect anything for a while you may want to check your heat-sinks for dust and grime. If they are clear I'd look at getting some extra cooling or re-positioning your case for better ventilation.

All Intel chips have an automatic throttle feature that will scale the cycles of your cpu back if the temperature gets above 70°C. This is to prevent lasting damage to the CPU and to stop burnouts.

If this is happening while in game you will definitely notice the difference.
I had a similar problem with my laptop. It turned out to be the thermal paste had degraded and dried out and a good 1 inch square dust ball was clogging my heat-sink.
