If you move it down, it will overlap the DOT/HOT bar and the Cooldown bar. But if you're dead set on moving it, edit [
Interface > AddOns > nUI > Layouts > Default > HUDLayouts > {hud mode} > nUI_HUDSkin_{hud mode}_CastingBar.lua ] and change the yOfs value to move it up and done... bigger numbers move it up, smaller ones move it down.

The cast bar defult position is located in the center of the screen is there anyway of moving it down ? i have managed to mage smaller but un able to either disable it or move it
