yep.
Only thing I found was when I turned off all mods. My spells were 1 - =. when I shifted to bear or cat form my attacks were S1 - S=. (Shift key I'm assuming). So I put all the mods back on and went and just had to rekey the bear and cat attack buttons (ctrl + alt + right click) and just set them to 1 - =. So now everything works the way it should.
