This may have been addressed. Everytime I leave a vehicle ie. Drake, Siege Engin and enter combat my action bar with all my hotkeys does not work. Infact upon pressing 1, 2 the pet bar buttons indicate. Typing /rl fixes the issue, but you really can't do that in the middle of Ulduar. Flame Levithain waits for no one.
