It looks to me like the issue is in the ExpFu module. I don't know my way around FuBar enough to be able to tell you what to do. Best as I can tell, FuBar is complaining that it is not anchored to any of the FuBar panels... I'm wondering if it is operating as a minimap button which causes nUI to move it into the button bag, but FuBar thinks it is operating as a panel button.
Is that one of the default modules in FuBar or one you downloaded?
