I'm not sure I understand. The auras that are shown at the far left of the display (or just above the dashboard on the left if you use the AuraButtons plugin) are your BUFFS only while your DEBUFFS are shown in the HUD and the unit frames -- the goal being to make it easy to tell the difference between your buffs and your debuffs. I'm not sure you would want to have them all in the same place.
