I am not sure if it is just me or how it is currently set up, but I have deleted the carbonite folders and saved variable twice. Then put the ones straight from the zip file. In game it seems all the flightpoints, inns, auctionhouse, and bank markers are all in the position of 4.0.3 and before not 4.0.3a. The maps are correct just the markers for those do not show up correctly.
