Ugh --
Okay... let's try this... exit WoW again and remove or rename your WTF folder again. This time when you log back in (btw -- you can press escape to skip watching the movie) before you select a character, click the "AddOns" button and disable all of your addons, then log in your character and set up your video and sound options.
Once that's done, log back out to the character selection screen and enable only nUI then log back in... is everything working now?
