I noticed with 5.02.03 that the cat-shape finishing move buttons on the action bars were always enabled, even with no target selected, or a target with no combo points on or if I do not have enough energy to use it.
Also, Faerie Fire (Feral) doesn't seem to take into account range, it's always enabled too, beyond 30yds.
