At the moment there isn't a way to do that. Well not easily.
1. Turn off the dualstats/stats plugin.
2. Then locate the infopanel settings for omen and recount and disable their infopanel. At present I can't recall the exact file or location but I am sure Scott explained it on one of the threads somewhere.
3. Now you can use omen and recount without them being in the infopanel at all.
