It's in the micro-menu on the console... click the "PvP" button and select the "Battlegrounds" tab.
Two -
The new quest objective tracking disappeared somehow between updates of UI.. but I'm not 100% positive it was only nUI. However, when I raid I use very few addons and still did not see the tracking window (though it could have been due to not being near them?).

This is a known issue. The solution is to go to the interface menu, select objectives, uncheck the "disable mouseover" checkbox and then resize your watch window. In the meantime, I'm trying to figure out why nUI is preventing the watch window from resizing itself correctly.
I'll check out the new vehicle thing - I'm quite glad you put that in since I could never really swap seats, since it showed up where my chat window is a few times in the lower left.
I thought there was more but I probably forgot them xD
I do know that before these two fixes you've done in the last couple days were released, I had to reload my interface whenever I swapped talent specs because I was getting busloads of errors from nUI.

I have done *no* testing with dual spec yet, so no promises on that at all. I had nUI on the PTR a long time and no one ever said anything about any issues with the dual spec, but I don't know if anyone tested with it or not.
