I don't use Carbonite, but this question comes up a lot. They're called the Info Windows, and here's a sticky about them:

Also, as an aside, it looks as if your linked image was taken with a camera. For future reference, the Print Screen button (sometimes labeled PrtScn) on your keyboard will take a screenshot which is then saved in your World of Warcraft\Screenshots folder.
