Yeah.... I didn't think so either. It's just unusual for them to do a 3am maintenance and it's almost always tied to content change. It caught me by surprise is all... just wanted to make sure there wasn't a patch coming out as I'm working 1pm to 9:30 all this week and didn't want to leave all my users hanging with no new release if they stealthed a patch in on us.

It's possible they may do another tools update to fix the Battle.net problems experience last week with the Launcher.
