Everything updated for 1.8, changes:

- Fixed a few bugs in HotBar & UnitBars caused by Blizzard moving the macro and key binding interfaces to their own load-on-demand add-ons, and subsequent changes.
- Added support to the Gypsy buttons of the new green border given to hotkeyed items that are also equipped, SPIFFY.
- Small fix to the options frame which was overlapping the options themselves.
- Logging on while in a party or reloading the UI caused party member health text not to show until their health changed. This was fixed.
- Fixed a small misalignment of the cast bar in relation to the cast bar capsule.
