Hmm, Ark must set it's frame strata really high  I'll see about adding in some code to prevent this from happening, for now though your best bet may be to set a custom loot window position (/real > Advanced > Settings > Modules > Loot)
Just installed AI and it seems to be at the Medium frame strata level. Could you type /fstack and post a screenshot with your cursor over ArkInventory's bag frame? May help in diagnosing what's goin on  |

your mention of frame strata reminded me to check my settings.. i'm using ElenIU's arkinv settings and apparently (s)he set the frame strata to high. i've put it back to medium and i guess i'll see if that helps
