I'm trying to reskin the nemesis set to a better orange/gray color scheme, so far teh shoulders and helm have turned out great for the most part:

i currently have 2 problems:
none of the other armor works, it either doesnt show up(my feet will be bare, no belt,) or it scrolls through various textures (i keep doing the dressing room command for chest, gloves, bracers, and it goes through a variety of textures), which the bottom half of the robe shows the original nemesis. what did i do wrong?
Also, i need to find the files for the shoulder and headpiece glow effects. if i could get the glow for bloodcaller that'd be fantastic as well.
any help would be much appreciated.
