On the other hand, 3.3 will also be providing information on what quests have been completed by the player, which QH will eventually take advantage of, but probably not when 3.3 is first released.

I see TourGuide benefiting hugely if you can indeed get completed quest data. And it will become a lot easier to get the EK and Kalimdor quest achievements.
