This -console is different to /console ... its an argument passed to the client at startup and you get an additional console at the login-panel where you can enter this stuff.

Yeah, I understand that. I assume you can set the console variables from either console though which means you can probably issue /console gxRestart from there too since the engine is probably loaded to show the login scene? Anyway, I assumed it was different in some way, so I was hoping there might be some, as I said, more general information about what you could do there.
