However moving my skills off that actionbar to the long one underneath it on the UI makes my spell and abilities have the right colour (like bloodrage and heroic throw) but moving them to the "changing" bar they go gray again.
This seems to have happened right after i used BindPad to bind heroic strike and cleave to the scrollweel instead of having them on that particular bar.
Could be just a coincidence. Also the actionbar being grayed out issue only happens on my warrior main, my alts seem to be mysteriously spared of that issue.
