Are we really re-hashing this B.S. again!?!!
what a waste of time and energies that could be better spent in in passing on suggestions on how the author(s) could better this addon, and better communicate with it's end user constituency.
there is a copyright in place, and regardless of its proper, or improper, institution, it is very simple.
the essence of the enforcement of intellectual property has been made public. Therefore the author(s) have a clear legal right to protect their time and investment as they see fit.
the author(s) would also have the right to release (all or in part) the program to those that have requested the source code.
So have any of you sent an official request to the author(s) directly, and not through the forum ?
