Same here. If I possessed such knowledge I'd be messing around with art all the time. I just don't get the time to learn how to use photoshop at the moment.

Imo make your cooldown thingy smaller, the same length as the unitframes and make it display cooldowns from 2minutes maximum. Don't really need to see stuff coming off cooldown further a long from that I don't think.
