Okay... the starting point for your scale should be something like this...

hScale = 0.625,
vScale = 0.6,
That will fit the UI across your screen and make the buttons square and the minimap round (or square as the case may be)... making hScale smaller will make the dashboard narrower. Making vScale smaller will make the dashboard shorter.
